The XCF II and KYF II flotation machine series are pneumatic mechanical agitation flotation machines for separating non-ferrous, ferrous and non-metallic minerals. Covering 1 to 50 m³ cell volume, their rationally and innovatively designed rotor-stator system delivers simple structure, easy maintenance, low energy consumption and high separation efficiency.

The impeller inside the rotor-stator assembly draws in pulp and air and disperses them into fine bubbles. The specially shaped rotor and stator keep the pulp circulating evenly, giving a stable froth and efficient particle-bubble contact, so valuable minerals are floated while gangue stays in the pulp.

Suitable for roughing, scavenging and cleaning of non-ferrous, ferrous and non-metallic minerals. Proven in many production lines, including the separation of difficult and refractory ores, where the series has reached an internationally leading level.
